September 25th., 2017 will mark the Tenth Anniversary of the founding and launching of the Gabriela Mistral Foundation, Inc. in New York — it does seem as if was yesterday but when looking back at our work these last ten years we are amazed and moved to see how much we have done. All the work has only been possible because of the great dedication and commitment of the members of our Executive Board; the support of our Honorary Board and the encouragement and financial support we have received by various organizations, partners and friends like you. Please accept our gratitude and the invitation to continue to be a part of our efforts and our work which continues the great humanitarian legacy of Gabriela Mistral to help those in need, most especially the children and seniors of her beloved Chile.

Our accomplishments are the result and a reflection of the members of our organization, our friendship, respect, our common vision and efforts to accomplish the mission of our Foundation; as well as a reflection of each of you.
